Important Patient Notice: Office Closure & Coverage Information (July 31–August 17, 2026)

Please note that Lorrie Smith-Esterle, DNP, PMHNP-BC, and the office staff at Kentucky Psychiatric Care, PLLC, will be out of the office beginning Friday, July 31, 2026, and will return on Monday, August 17, 2026.

During this time, patient messages will be checked periodically. Only urgent matters will receive a response. Routine requests, including appointment scheduling, paperwork, and non-urgent questions, will be addressed after the office reopens.

Medication refills, including controlled substance prescriptions, will continue to be reviewed and addressed during this time as clinically appropriate. Please allow adequate processing time, as responses may be delayed compared to normal business operations.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, you may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
